Inspection Reports
FieldTwin inspection reports are advisory documents based on aerial imagery and human analysis. They are not engineering assessments, structural evaluations, or warranties of roof or infrastructure condition. Reports should be used as one input in your maintenance and capital planning process.
Limitations of Aerial Inspection
Drone-based inspection has inherent limitations. Some conditions may not be visible from aerial imagery, including subsurface issues, internal structural problems, or defects obscured by equipment or debris. Thermal imaging is affected by ambient conditions and may not detect all moisture intrusion.
Remediation Recommendations
Remediation recommendations in our reports are based on observed conditions and industry best practices. Actual repair scope and cost may vary based on factors not visible during aerial inspection. We recommend obtaining quotes from licensed contractors for any significant repair work.
Regulatory Compliance
All FieldTwin drone operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations by licensed remote pilots. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Flight operations are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and local regulations.
