Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldTwin services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of FieldTwin.

2. Services

FieldTwin provides drone-assisted inspection and monitoring services for commercial roofs and energy infrastructure. Services include aerial data capture, image processing, human-reviewed anomaly identification, and report delivery. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking for Roof Scan and Roof Monitor services. Energy Pilot engagements are invoiced per the terms of the approved scope of work. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled inspection are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All imagery, reports, and data products generated during an inspection are the property of the customer upon delivery and payment in full. FieldTwin retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data for internal training and service improvement.

6. Limitation of Liability

FieldTwin inspection reports are advisory in nature and do not constitute engineering assessments or warranties. FieldTwin is not liable for damages arising from reliance on inspection findings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
